The Sample Chain

One of my favorite things to do as a producer is to take melodies or loops from old samples of mine, and then flip them in a way so that the end product is completely different from what I started with. Then I like to take what I just made, and flip that again. I’ll often do this multiple times to see how far I can go, and it always amazes me how many new ideas can be created from just one original sample. On this page you’ll find several playlists, one for every time I started with a fresh sample. Within the playlists will be all of the samples I created through a series of resampling melodies and loops from previous videos. If at any point you hear a sample and want to try to flip it in your own way, make sure to send me a link so I can add you to the growing chain of samples.

So far, the sample chains for Victory and Abhorrent Love are my favorite just because of how drastically different the samples are from each other. A lot of the other sample chains aren’t as long, but the flips are still crazy, so you should definitely check them out.
